In 2014, I spent a beautiful week in Renvyle, Connemara, Co. Galway, Ireland. I dream of the lush landscape and beautiful Connemara Ponies!
This is what remains of Renvyle Castle. This juxtaposition of how people once lived and now live in Ireland.
This is the crossroads from Letterfrack to Tully Cross to Renvyle.
These picturesque cottages were across from Paddy Coynes Public House in Tully Cross.
Sheep were everywhere!
A beautiful Connemara Pony up the road from our cottage.
Kylemore Abbey was built as a private residence. At one time it was a boarding school for girls. Now it's the home to Benedictine Nuns and is open to the public. It's a must see!
Seashell collection from our day on the Renvyle Beach directly across from the Renvyle Castle ruins.
No trip to Ireland would be complete without a stop at a pub (or two).
