Magnolia No.3

Each spring, for about 2 months, the majestic and ephemeral magnolia blooms in the South. With its strong, lemony fragrance and large, delicate petals, it captivates my senses. Magnolia and Moss was photographed after cutting the blossom from its stem. I then placed it on a carpet of moss in my yard to juxtapose the simple and creamy beauty of the flower.
